Hi! I’m Devon. 

I’m a longtime project manager and creative problem-solver with a knack for transforming chaotic spaces into soothing, functional havens. For years, I was the go-to friend whenever someone needed help reclaiming a closet or setting up a nursery. After many joyful “before-and afters” for friends, family, and neighbors, I was encouraged to share this skillset beyond my circle.

With over two decades of experience organizing people, events, and programs across the corporate, nonprofit and cultural worlds, I bring both big-picture thinking and deep care to every project. I know how to create systems that feel intuitive and sustainable—and I believe that when your space works, your whole life feels lighter and more manageable.

In 2021, my family and I relocated from Brooklyn to beautiful Greenwood Lake in Warwick, NY. Since then, I’ve become deeply rooted in my Hudson Valley community through local organizing efforts, Girl Scouts leadership, and everyday adventures with my two kids, our Aussie pup, and my musician-wine importer husband. I founded Village & Nest in 2025, and have been helping families in Orange County, New Jersey, and New York City organize their spaces and breathe a little easier every day.
